Step 1:   Check if you have received the invoice number with the statis of “order shipped” via SMS.

   :  Start Tracking your order from next working day since above SMS received

 

Step 2:   Click here to  Track with Domex

  Type invoice # as the Waybill Number

  e.g. 124517165

  if you get an error message of “sorry no record found”, please follow below

 

 

Step 3:   Click here to TRACK WITH CITYPACK\

   Type Zero + invoice # as the tracking  Number

  e.g. 0124517165

if you get an error message, please follow below

 

Step 4: Click here Tracking (certislankacourier.lk)

Type invoice # as the Waybill No

e.g. 124517165 if you get an error message, please follow below
