Start by drawing a black kohl pencil close to the upper eyelashes and underneath the eye. Don’t worry about it looking even as you’ll smudge it out with a small brush.
2 Eyeshadows
The next step is blending the kohl pencil lines with a dark grey or black eye shadow all the way up to the globe line. Finish off with a light shimmery eye shadow in the inner corner of the eyes.
3 Eyelashes
Now, apply plenty of mascara on both your upper and lower lashes for a dramatic eye effect.
4 Conceal
