Step-By-Step: Boxer Braids

Boxer braids, or the double French braid, is the hottest hairstyle of the season. You’ve seen it on the Kardashians and on the runway, and now we’ve got a super easy step-by-step guide to help you re-create it yourself. Effortless cool, here we come!

STEP 1
Begin by creating a sharp centre parting that starts from your forehead and ends at the nape of your neck.

STEP 2
This hairstyle has two French braids – one on each side of the centre parting. So do them one at a time. Start by splitting a section of hair, at the front of your head, into three smaller sections. Then braid tightly.

STEP 3
Once you've created a few rows it’s time to add more hair. Every time you take a section, from either the right or left side, add in more loose hair from below. Keep doing this until you reach the nape of the neck.

STEP 4
Then switch back to a normal plait and finish the braid. Secure it with a hair tie.

STEP 5
Do the exact same thing on the other side. Finish off your look with some serum to add shine.
