Deep nourishment:

Apply Love Nature Body and Hair Oil Avocado Oil all over your body after showering onto dry skin instead of your regular body cream to help nourish skin. Reapply when you feel your skin dry and thirsty for nourishment.

For Hair
Nourishment in the shower:

While hair is damp apply a small amount of Love Nature Body and Hair Oil Avocado Oil and comb through strands from mid-lengths to ends, then wrap up in a towel. Sit for two minutes. Do not rinse. Your hair will be left manageable with a healthy looking shine.

To help fight against dryness:
